• Active Member – $650.00
  Your membership level is Active Physician Member and you are a member in good standing (2026 Dues are Paid) with the MSTCVS .
• Active Member - Senior – $375.00
  Your membership level is Active Member - Senior.
  
  Senior membership is attained when an active member becomes 70 years of age or by submitting a notice of retirement to the MSTCVS Board.
• Associate Member – $350.00
  Your membership level is Associate Member and you are a member in good standing (2026 Dues are Paid) with the MSTCVS.
  
  Associate Members include: Physician assistants, nurses, perfusionists, practice administrators, data managers, quality team members, other physicians and non-physician allied health care professionals.
• Designated Site - Perfusionist – $50.00
  Your MSTCVS membership level on your profile is: Designated Site - Perfusionist.
  
  Designated Perfusionists are determined by the MSTCVS Quality Collaborative Coordinating Center who pay the registration fee for annual meetings of the MSTCVS.
  
  If you find this option is not available to you, but should be, please contact the Quality Collaborative Coordinating Center.
  
  The Michigan Perfusion Society's Annual Meeting is held in conjunction with the MSTCVS Annual Meeting and they ask that you pay a registration fee to the MPS of $50.
• Late Registration – $450.00
• Non-Member - Perfusionist – $450.00
  You are a perfusionist who is not currently a MSTCVS Associate Member. An added $50 is being charged on behalf of the Michigan Perfusion Society.
• Non-Member - Physicians – $750.00
  You are a Physician that is not currently a member of the MSTCVS.
