Registration

• Associate Member – $200.00
  You paid your yearly dues of $150 to be a MSTCVS associate member and includes: Physician assistants, nurses, perfusionists, practice administrators, data managers, and other physicians and non-physician allied health care professionals.
• First Data Manager from Site
  Determined by the MSTCVS QC list. If you are unsure if you are the complimentary data manager, please contact The MSTCVS office.
• Medical Students/Residents
  Any individuals who are enrolled in an appropriately accredited or otherwise recognized medical school or general surgery residency program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education or The American Board of Osteopathic Surgery
• Non Member Physicians – $500.00
  Physicians that are not currently a member of The MSTCVS
• Non-Member Guest – $250.00
  Any non-member of The MSTCVS who are perfusionists, physician assistants, nurses, practice administrators and data managers.
• Senior Member – $213.00
  Physicians over the age of 70 and are a current senior member of The MSTCVS

  Physicians that have paid their 2019 membership dues
